That is very simple
No of eggs bought = 144 (or) 12 dozens
Cost price = 160rs
Selling price for 1 dozen = 20 rs
Selling price of 12 dozens = 240rs
Here, SP > CP
So, he got profit
Profit = SP - CP
= 240 - 160
= 80rs
So, he got a profit of 80rs
