No, eating only Bread and Omlette daily. It is not balanced diet as the balanced diet contains the protein, vitamins as well as carbohydrates are equal amount needs to take 1 glass of milk + 1 apple for making balanced.

Nutrition is the basic prerequisite to sustain life. There are many Variety in food are essence of nutrition and health.
