in a cylinder and cone If radius and height are same. then,

= volume of cone = 1/3volume of cylinder

Volume of Cylinder = 3 . volume of cone

= Volume of Cylinder = 3 . 65 = 195ml.

we know,
1/3 the volume of a cylinder=the volume of a cone
if
we are given volume of cylinder as 65 ml
substituting the values (for better understanding)
1/3 the volume of cylinder=65 ml (the capacity of conical vase)
therefore,
the volume of cylinder=3*65=195 ml
hope this help :)
