LET manoj income is X
increased income= X+(20X/100)=6X/5
now decreased income=6X/5 - (20/100)6X/5
=(6X/5)[1-1/5]
=24X/25
chnge in income = |(24X/25)-X|=X/25
% change=(X/25)*100=4X%
4% of decrease

Answer:

Answer is 4% let see how

Step-by-step explanation:

Let,monojs income be 100

increase in income =20% of 100=20/100 x 100

                                =20rs

new income =(100+20)Rs

                    =120 rs

deacrease in income =20% of 120

                                   =20/100 x 120

                                   =24rs

new income=120-24

                   =96

therefor change in percentage is 100-94/100

                                                   =4/100 means 4%
