Manoj went to a college to apply for admission into an MBA course. The clerk refused to take his application and said “You, the son of a sweeper, wish to be a manager! Has anyone done this job in your community? Go to the municipality office and apply for a sweeper’s position”. Which of Manoj’s fundamental rights are being violated in this instance? Spell these out in a letter from Manoj to the district collector. article

Manoj’s Right to Equality (Under this every citizen if India is equal and they have equal right to access every public property. Under this right Untouchability and titles are also eliminated. )and Right to Freedom(Under this every citizen have a right to apply for any job anywhere and freedom of education at any institute.)  is violated here.

Respected Sir/Madam

I had applied for admission into an MBA course so as to fulfill my wish to be a Manager. The clerk rejected my application on the basis of class bias .This is clearly violation of my Right To Freedom and Profession.I request you to intervene in the matter.

To

the District Collector,

Mirzapur, UP,

Dear Sir,

Recently, I Manoj Dewan wanted to apply for MBS couse and wanted to get an admission form local MBA institute, where the clerk had resfused to give me the form on the ground of my father’s profession of sweeper.

I found my fundamental right of equality and right against exploitation has been violated.

I expect that you will look into this matter immediately.
