It is just a hit and trial method that I follow.
Choose the least option from the answers i.e 5
Now try to equate the question,
Equal number of 10, 5 and 1.

i.e 10x5 = 50
       5x5 = 25
       1x5 = 5
total = 80.

The procedure is quite simple as you just have to choose the option with the least value and lo behold! you get answer.

5 number of 10 rupee note = Rs.50
5 number of 5 rupee note = Rs.25
5 number of 1 rupee note = Rs.5

Total = 50 + 25 +5 = Rs.80
