Manu was heating oil to fry potato chips. The cooking oil all of asudden caught fire; he poured water to extinguish the fire. Doyou think this action was suitable. If yes, why? no he didn't do right because water doesn't work when oil catch a fire instead helps and fire becomes bigger
he should have turn the gas supply off and tried to put sand or blanket or best fire extinguisher over it

no, this action was not appropriate bcz it is not suitable to use water in any fire that is caused by oil. this is bcz oil is lighter than water so it will float on water instead of extinguishing it. sand should be used in its place.
