many acts have been are made by the government. what do you suggest for better implementation of these acts?

there are Good laws, but bad implementation  the government just says that they will do it but they don't . Because of their ignorance the citizen suffer .

if they just be close to us they will know that is the problems we fall in and do something about it . like if they see how many people lives in streets  and beg for food/money , if he/she (government) gives the illiterate  men   works  and make them earn there own  money and give a home for them to live in I am showed that that will be one of the way the government can implementation on .
