many historians have called the revolt of 1857 the first war of independence.Do you agree?Give reasons for your answer.

yes I agree with them because it was the first time when Indian of all section ( rich or poor,all religions,bith gender) took part to overthrow the British rule in India. that's why u can say it first war of Independence.
