Many times, you would have noticed, some small plants are kept in small bags in a nursery. Can you give the reason of doing this?

They are putting into small bags because of their Roots which moves toward the land or soil , after thatt they are hard to dig and take them to other palce

If the plant is already up and growing, then it has already germinated.

Here is what I do.  I get a paper towel and get it damp, I sprinkle my seeds on it.  I cover the seeds with another damp paper towel.  I put the paper towel with the seeds in a totally sealed Ziploc bag and put them in a window with bright indirect sunlight or under a bright grow light and I keep the temperature in the house at about 70 degrees Fahrenheit.  Then I check it once every 7 days to see if the seed has germinated.  You will notice the Ziploc steaming up with condensation.  This is normal.

Once you see little plant sprouts, you tease them gently off the towel.  Grasp by the leaves NOT by the stem.   Plant them in a small pot in growing medium.  As long as the temperature is around 70 degrees and you provide them with good light about 7-12 inches from the top of the plant, and ample water, you no longer need to cover the plants with plastic.
