Many young people regularly change their jobs, it is quiet obvious that no one would love to leave a job in which they are satisfied. The reason for changing their job creates some advantages  as well as some disadvantages are also created. But if it is analysed before hand thoroughly it shall not be very difficult to take decision regarding changing of jobs shall be able to outweigh advatages over the disadvantages or not.

We will look at both pictures over here to understand this phenomenon.

On the positive side, there are a number of advantages on getting a new job.

The main reasons behind this can be twofold, firstly people tend to go for a new job due to higher salary.

Secondly, compared to those people who work for the same company for many years, an employee can broaden his personal horizon by facing new challenges in new environment thus helping in his personal growth.

On the flip side, there is a big chance of potential loss of non-salary benefits like health insurance and pension.

Also, in spite of getting a higher position, one may not accumulate trust among teammates within a very short period.
