Let the number be 'x'

\frac{25}{100}  = 25%

25 % OF x is 70 = \frac{25}{100}*70

= (1/4)*x =70

= x = 280

Let the number be y
So,
✴(y×25)/100=75, this says that 25% of y is 75
✴y/4=75
✴y=75×4
✴y=300
#⃣SO the no. is 300

styxnerthegamer: u got it wrong
styxnerthegamer: question says 70% not 75%
anvesh17: yeh we both got it wrong
