yes, its a 60W lamp when operated at 20Volts. it will draw 3Amps when connected to 20V supply. It will work the same both with 20V DC as well as 20V AC.

The key spec is 20V. Any under-voltage, it will glow dim. Any Over-Voltage, it will be too bright and fail earlier. So needs right Power supply of 20Volts to get the intended performance from this bulb. ( The Bulb’s Filament will be burning at 2700K temperature and will be expected to last for 1000 hrs around which time it its internal surface would be blackened by the tungsten materials evaporating from the filament wire and when the light transmitted out is nearly 85% of the initial light.
