From the 1st jogging section we will be able to derive time
T = D/S
T = 9/6=3/2
The next section jogging time has already given 1.5 hrs which means 1 and half hour.
Note -concerting 3/2hr into minutes 3/2*60 = 90 minutes which means 1 and half hour
From this we get the total time as 3 hour
Average speed = Total distance / Total time
Let the 2nd section distance be x
A.S (already give. In question) 9= X+9/3
X=18
Distance = 18
Speed = Distance * Time
Speed = 18*2/3=12km/hr
