Force exerted on it is gravitational Force. It is given as
F = GMm/R^2
= (6.67×10^-11 × 6×10^24 × 6×10^20) / (3.35×10^9)^2
= 2.14 × 10^16 N

Force exerted by earth on it is 2.14 × 10^16 N
