Explanation:

Article 32 and 226 explains the writs passed by the Supreme court and High court, respectively. Habeas corpus is the latin term which means “to have the body of”. Lok Adalat is the speedy judicial trial which performs in the local level. President have the powers to appoint the Supreme court and High court judges under the consultation of Collegium which consists the senior most judges along with the Chief justice of India.
