Explanation:

Budding- The emasculated flowers should be kept covered so that no unwanted cross- pollination takes place. This is done by enclosing the emasculated flowers in muslin, oil, paper or polythene bag. This process is known as budding.

Artificial pollination- When stigma from emasculated flower becomes mature it is artificially pollinated by pollens taken from male parents.
