\huge\mathfrak{ANSWER:}

The circle is inscribed in a square of side 14 cm

So the diameter of the circle will be 14 cm

Radius of circle = 1/2 × diameter

= 1/2 × 14

= 7 cm

Area of square = side^2

= 14^2

= 196 cm^2

area \: of \: circle = \pi {r}^{2} \\ \\ \\ = \frac{22}{7} \times 7 \times 7 \\ \\ \\ = 154 {cm}^{2}

Area of shaded part = area of square - area of circle

= 196 - 154

= 42 cm^2
