the area of given figure is 1800
the two triangles are equal h=10cm
b =30cm so 300cm is triangles area
rectangle area is 1500cm
300+1500=1800

Hey Friend ✋✋✋

Area of ABCDEF = AREA OF ( ABF ) + AREA OF ( CDE ) + AREA OF (BFEC)

AD = 70CM

SO HEIGHT OF THE TRIANGLES IS ( 70 - 50 ) /2 = 10CM

BASE = 30CM

WE KNOW THAT ∆ BAF ≈ ∆ CDE
THEREFORE AREA OF ( BAF ) = AREA OF ( CDE )

THEREFORE AREA OF BOTH TRIANGLES IS

AREA = 2 × 1/2 × HEIGHT × BASE

= 10 × 30

= 300CM²

AREA OF RECTANGLE = 50 × 30

= 1500 CM²

TOTAL AREA = 1500 + 300 = 1800 CM²

THEREFORE AREA OF POLYGON ABCDEF IS 1800CM²

HOPE IT HELPS
