THE ANSWER IS HERE.
The number of integers between 1 and 100 are 98.
i ) numbers divisible by 8 are 8, 16, 24 , 32 , 40, 48 ,56, 64 , 72 ,80 ,88 ,96 .
so no. of integers that are divisible by 8 are 12.
probability = 12/98=> 6/49.
ii ) no. of integers that are not divisible by 8 are 98-12=86.
probability = 86/98 =43/49.
