We know that 1-tan^2 theta/1+tan^2 theta = cos 2theta.
Then 1-tan^2theta/1-tan^2 theta = 1/cos2theta. ---- (1)
Given 1+tan^2(45-A)/(1-tan^2(45-A)
From (1), This equation can be written as,
= 1/cos2(45-A)
= 1/cos(90 - 2A)
= 1/sin2A
= cosec 2A.
Hope this helps!
