Hey Mate ,
Here is your solution ,
Given,
5^( x - 2 ) × 3^( 2x - 3 ) = 135
5^( x - 2 ) × 3^ ( 2x - 3 ) = 3 × 3 ×3 × 5
5^( x - 2 ) × 3^(2x - 3 ) = 3^3 × 5^1
On comparing ,
5^( x - 2 ) = 5^1
As bases are equal,so exponent will be also equal.
x - 2 = 1
x = 1 + 2
x = 3
Again on comparison,
3^( 2x - 3 ) = 3^3
As bases are equal, so exponent will be also equal.
2x -3 = 3
2x = 3 + 3
2x = 6
x = 6 ÷ 2
x = 3.
Therefore, x = 3.
Hope it helps !!
