PRESSURE =FORCE/AREA.

Force has to be constant;i.e; F=mg=6×10N=60N.

But For a block,we may have three areas.

Block have six faces.Opposite two faces have same area.

So We can keep the block in three ways.

For minimum pressure,we will go with largest area.

A1=30×15.(block kept horizontal)

A2=30×10.(altitude wise)

A3=15×10.(Laterally)

Clearly the horizontal area is maximum,so we will go with A1.
