Maximum temperature is recorded at the time of noon normally bcoz at noon the temperature is at it's peak.

there are taken two readings are taken in a certain interval
like between 2:00 pm and 3:00 pm but the actual temperature peaks at 2:30 p.m., the readings for the maximum temperature will be a little too low.
