Mayur and Johnson were trying to move a cupboard. Mayur pulls it with a force of 45 N while Johnson pushes it with a force of 30N in the same direction. Find the net force acting on the cupboard.
Plz answer this with steps....

Hey mate , here's your answer-
1st Force=45N (pullingforce)
2nd Force=30N (pushing force)
It is clear from the above statement that these are a pair of unbalanced forces acting in the same direction.
Thus net force=Difference between the 2 forces i.e.
=Bigger force-Smaller force=45N-30N=15N
Thus a force of 15N is acting on the cupboard .
