Hello !

Due to radio active disintegration
________________________________________________________________
Radio active disintegration -Some isotopes release an alpha particle during nuclear disintegration; an alpha particle consists of two protons and two neutrons.Others release a beta particle, which is an electron, or negatively charged nuclear particle.
________________________________________________________________

@ BY this process an unstable atom loses its energy

A material containing such unstable nuclei is considered radioactive.

@ it is impossible to predict when a particular atom will decay.

@ A radioactive nucleus with zero spin can have no defined orientation

@  there are multiple particles produced during a single decay

Hey there !!

Intense heat of sun is due to radioactive disintegration which occurs due to decay of particles like helium and also nuclear fusion takes place where  hydrogen is changed to helium. Nuclear fusion creates the intense heat and results in formation of photons(light). The photons from sun's surface travel as electromagnetic radiations which moves with speed of light as a result of this we are able to experience the heat of the sun.

Hope this helps you !!
