mean = no. of obs /total no. of obs.

5= 10+30+y+50/4

20=90+y

y=-70

Answer:

110

Step-by-step explanation:

Given :

Mean of three numbers 10,30, y & 50 is 50.

To Find :

The value of y

Solution :

We know that,

mean = \frac{Sum \ of \ all \ the\ observations}{Total \ number \ of \ observations}

50 = \frac{10 + 30 + y + 50}{4}

50= \frac{90 + y}{4}

50 \times 4 = 90 + y

200 = 90 + y

200 - 90 = y

y = 110

umairiiiiiiii: exactly thanks
sivaprasath: brainliest it if you like it,.
