25  = ( Sum of all observations)/8

25*8  =Sum of all observations

200  =Sum of all observations

Now we are given that  one observation 11 is excluded

So, new sum = 200-11=189

Since one observation is excluded so number of observations will be 7

So, new mean  = 189/7

                         =27

Hence the new mean is 27
