Answer:

Cartoon 1

Political leaders regard people belonging to a specific caste as vote banks. This merits and demerits. For some cases, caste politics have tended to achieve a greater access to decision making. Some castes, among them Dalits and OBCs, enjoy more dignity and more exposure to opportunities and land resources. Some differences between castes lead to disputes, conflicts and even violence. This may divert us from more critical issues such as corruption and poverty development. Caste racial politics is still unacceptable for democracy.

Cartoon 2

The illustration in the picture suggests that the lady outside doesn't have a chance to go to Parliament as any gate is dominated by one or other male leader. In many terms, that doesn't offer the ladies in the country a chance to fight for their rights because they can't take advantage in reservations for themselves. If you see it properly, you can see a number of individuals standing above and claiming they can find a way to solve their issues. That implies that people show that they work for the benefit of the women in society, however, in actuality they only think about themselves and their interests.

Cartoon 3

This depicts while the chair shows only a secular candidate is needed as a chief minister who can rule the state unbiased, in reality politicians and members of political parties do not thinks on the same line. There are politicians who favour specific caste and do not believe in the ideology of secularism. These politicians try and overpower a person who is secular, taking advantage of the prevalent communal prejudices and propaganda countered, amongst people, in everyday life and religion.
