IIntroduce the participants to the audience and tell the peoplel a little bit about each participent and allow them to introduce themselves to the audience and state their over view of the subject(s) to to be debatsted but very briefly . After all introductions have rapped up . Then state very audebly and clearly the rules of engagement and how long each participant has to speak . LLet everyone know how the entire venue is going to last and lastly , introduce the panned whom will be asking the questions to the participants . Then things can get started .
