1) It is the most important principle of leadership which includes honesty, truthfulness.

2)The bible even describes, "For I have acted

with Integrity;I have trusted in the lord without wavering. put me on trial lord and cross-examine me. Test my motives and heart"

This shows that lord sides with those who have integrity.

3)It means accepting, understanding, choosing to live in accordance with one's principles which includes fairness, honesty,etc.

4)It provides you the honor that nothing else in this world can replace.

5) It allows you to hold yourself accountable for your deeds i.e. it gives you courage, this courage could help you with facing many problems in your life..
