The state government of Telengana, through where the river flows, determined to take the required measures to ensure the minimum support price (MSP) for agricultural produce and support farmers in all aspects so that they use less pesticides which pollute the river. The CM said irrigation projects are being constructed, tanks are being revived, all time free power has been given to the farm sector, quality seeds and fertilizers are being made available on time so it indirectly protected the river.
Based on that, irrigation process planned to consider by means of River Krishna on which it established in delivering proper tasks.
This should be undergo by the Almatti dam and fulfilled the major demand of the state increase the height of river.
It includes third longest river in India and mainly use for agriculture purposes.
