Number Of Terms = 7

So , Median =  {( \frac{n + 1}{2} )}^{th}

 => { (\frac{7 + 1}{2} )}^{th}  \\  \\  =  >   {( \frac{8}{2} )}^{th}  \\  \\  =  >  {(4)}^{th}

Hence , 4Th term is the Median Of First Seven Multiples Of 4
