Mae meditation krti hu.
isse concentration badhta hai, and mind clear ho jata hai. but meditation krna easy nhi hai.. starting me bohot pareshani Hoti hai because hum kisi na kisi k baare me sochne lg jaate hain but jaise jaise time aage badhta hai sab theek ho jata hai..
