Answer :

  • Perimeter of rectangular park is 460 m

Given :

  • Length = 150m
  • breadth = 80m

To find :

  • perimeter of rectangular park

Solution :

Given that meera went to park 150m long and 80m wide so length is 150m and breadth is 80m. now we have to use perimeter of rectangle formula then we get perimeter of park .

As we know that :

  • perimeter of rectangular park = 2(l + b)

where l is length (150m) and b is breadth (80m)

➝ perimeter of rectangular park = 2(l + b)

➝ 2(length + breadth)

➝ 2(150 + 80)

➝ 2(230)

➝ 460 m

Hence perimeter of rectangular park is 460 m

More Explanation:

  • perimeter of rectangle (p) = 2(l + b)
  • Area of rectangle (A)) = lb
  • Diagonal of rectangle (D) =√ l² + b²
  • where l is length, b is breadth, D is Diagonal , p is perimeter , A is area.
