so we can explain the appearance of a new combination of parental characters in F2 by the phenotype and the phenotypic ratio.
so the phenotype are : 9 are round and yellow, 3 are round and green ,3 are wrinkled and yellow , and only 1 is wrinkled and green.
Unlike the parental characters that is just round and yellow, the offsprings are at a ratio of 9:3:3:1 .
