The two provisions of the constitution which clearly establish the supremacy of the Lok Sabha with regard to the money bill are :

1.  Money bill can be introduced only in Lok Sabha. Article 109 (1) Money bill can not be introduced in Council of States (Raj Sabha).

2.  If a money bill passed by Lok Sabha and sent to the Raj sabha and if it is not returned by the Raj Sabha within 14 days, the bill stands to be passed by both the houses, although the bill was passed only by Lok Sabha. or simply Raj sabha can't keep a bill for more than 14 days.
