mention 2 provisions of the Constitution, which clearly establish the supremacy of the loko sabha with regard to money bill

a money bill can be introduced only in the loop Sabha . the bill is then sent to the rajya Sabha and it has to return the bill within 14days.the upper house may suggest change .even if the changes are not accepted,once the lower house sends it to the president,he has to sign it.there is no provisions of a joint session for a money bill.
