I mean if a bill is passed by loksabha and rajsabha sends it back for consolidation and vice versa in that controversial case president presides a joint sitting .

In this sitting both the members of loksabha and rajsabha meets in the parliament to pass the controversial bill.

but the loksabha members are having the majority so that bill can be easily passed .
