mention any one point of difference between pepsin and trypsin ?

Pepsin is an enzymes which acts only in acidic medium and secreted by gastric juice in stomach. whereas Trypsin is an enzymes which acts in alkaline medium and secreted by pancreatic juice in small intestine.
