Perpsin:

1. It is secreted from the gastric glands of stomach.

2. It is secreted in inactive form called pepsinogen.

3. It acts on protein and converts them into proteoses and peptones.

4. It catalyses in acidic medium.

Trypsin:

1. It is secreted from the exocrine pancreas.

2. It is secreted in inactive form called trypsinogen.

3. It acts on proteoses and peptones and converts them into polypeptides.

4. It catalyses in alkaline medium.

the differences are
pepsin acts on only proteins
tripsin acts on promises and peptones
pepsin is secreted from stomach's gastric glands
tripsin is secreted from pancreas
pepsin will be in acidic media
tripsin will be in alkaline media(lightly basic)
