Under the RTE act, a teacher is
entitled to fulfill many roles and responsibilities. Some of them are as given below:
*Be punctual and regular in going to the school that he/she works in.
*Complete teaching the entire course curriculum in the time span provided.
*Assess each child’s learning ability individually and provide additional instructions if required for the student’s development.
*Hold regular meetings with the student’s parents/guardians and apprise them of their child’s progress.
