the activities which are done in order to gain monetary profit

or in other words the activity which aims with exchange of comodity with money is called economic activity..ex=buisnessman.,etc

the acivity which are not aimed with money are called non economic acti.

ex= nutrition to child by mother,social worker

Economic activity:- Is a human activity related to production and consumption of goods and services for economic gain.

Example:-agriculture, pisciculture etc.

Non-economic activity:-is an activity performed with the aim of providing services to others without any regard to monetary gain.

Example:- donation of blood, mother taking care of her child etc.
