There are many challenges faced against free and fair elections here in India:-

• Some families tend to dominate the parties by giving free tickets to their relatives of the family.
• In some parts of the country,many leaders with criminal background are able to push back other people and get ticket .
• Many people use their money and muscle power to win elections
• As a result many small and independent parties cannot win elections and may lose to big parties.
• Generally these days every party has almost the same motto and follow the same policies. Hence people have to face problems to give vote to the party.
