CONDITIONS FOR APPLYING GAUSS'S LAW:

1. The Gaussian surface should be symmetric about charge distribution

2. The E must be symmetric at all points of Gaussian surface.

3. The angle (btw E and A ) must be same at all points on the surface.

4. Gaussian surface must not pass through any point charge
