In can also be used as a substitute for into.
Within means something in the boundary & it doesn’t clears the place it estimates.
like:
- We will be there within two hours.
- I'm somewhere within the gateway of the theater.
- It's not within your limit
Its all about usage of sentence. It really depends. In some cases you can use both of these. And in some, you can only put one of these. Before is completely different preposition. Why you should confuse with before?
