1. Higher productivity by the labor force. As they work harder to reduce the cost and increase output which benefits the company.
2. Lower levels of absenteeism. As employees are happy with their work they would feel motivated to come to work everyday and take less leaves of absence.
3. Improved industrial relations mainly with the trade unions. Since trade unions work on behalf of the labor force if the labor force is happy this indicates good relations with trade unions.
4. Lower levels of staff turnover. If the workers are working properly there would be no need for lay off or recruitment of new workers
