• Muscular strength – helps in the muscles to produce force
• Muscular endurance – helps the muscles to continuously work without failing.
• Flexibility – is the continuous work of the muscles with bones and mass.
• Body composition – is the total amount of fat mass on the bones, organs or muscles.
