"There are many great Indian painters and sculptors who played a vital role in the National Freedom Movement.

Nandlal Bose created a beautiful painting of Mahatma Gandhi walking with a staff and this was a black on white picture which was created to show the Mahatma Gandhi protesting the British because tax was imposed on salt.

Abanindranath Tagore was also played a vital role in National Freedom movement because these all painters showed what world want to see and in that coronial time people didn’t understand the written language as they were not at all educated properly.
