Cilium and Flagellum helps in parasitic movement.

Now let me tell u what they are actually...

Cilium: Composed of microtubeles. The type that facilitates movement has nine pairs of tubules in a circle, and two single microtubule polymers in the middle.

Flagellum: The flagellum is quite different in the mechanical build and mechanism. They are of course also protein structures.
